**Your new company**

Your new company is a Luxury Custom Residential builder located on the outer skirts of the Adelaide CBD. Due to rapid growth and the acquisition of multiple high-profile projects, they are now seeking an experienced Residential Supervisor to permanent join their growing team.

**Your new role**

As the Residential Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects with a focus on providing a high quality and unique builds for their growing clientele list. As a representation of a luxury homes builder your attention to detail and quality of work will be paramount to the successful outcomes for clients.
- Overseeing quality of work
- Ensuring OH&S standards are adhered to on projects in line with guidelines
- Adhere to tight schedules and ensure work is completed without compromising quality
- Strong Stakeholder engagement skills both internal and external is essential

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience within the industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team within tight deadlines
- Well-developed time management and organization skills
- Great communication skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders
- Proven ability to work within a team as well as work autonomously
- Previous success in the field or proven ability to grow into the roles presented
