An opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a highly reputable developer builder on the Sunshine Coast, delivering luxurious unit development.

Long established and a household name in this region, you will be working with a great team who promote a positive work culture, in a desirable location.

**Your new role**

You will be assisting the Construction Manager and Project Manager as 2IC for this project. Daily tasks will include controlling financials, all reporting, cash forecasting and budgeting, controlling all deliverables, client variations, and approving progress claims from sub-contractors. This role is a Site Office based role.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered you must have the following experience:

- Demonstrated previous experience working as a Senior Contracts Administrator or Contract Manager.
- Previous experience working as Project Manager
- Experience in working in luxury unit developments or similar projects

**What you'll get in return**

Salary will be commensurate with experience. This is a permanent role, joining a reputable builder, with long term local work.
