Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with management to identify areas where contracts can be improved or modified.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: Drafting and negotiating contracts that are legally binding between both parties, including service levels, fees, and financial obligations.
  • Contract Management: Establishing contract terms and conditions, liaising with external legal practitioners, and ensuring deadlines and requirements of the contract are met.
  • Analysis and Advice: Undertaking contract analysis and providing advice to the business on contractual obligations and potential risks.
  • Research and Development: Conducting research on topics relevant to the industry, identifying best practices, and implementing improvements to contract management processes.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field such as law, business, or commerce.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of full-time experience in contract administration, with a strong understanding of contract law and legal requirements.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
