About The Role

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the negotiation, execution, and lifecycle management of supplier contracts, with a laser focus on cost optimisation and performance. Working closely with Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and Operations, you'll ensure all agreements align with our business strategy, compliance obligations, and scalability needs.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading supplier contract negotiations and business reviews
  • Driving cost optimisation via consolidation, volume leverage, and benchmarking
  • Aligning agreements with technical specifications, quality standards, and production timelines
  • Mitigating commercial and manufacturing risks through robust contract terms
  • Maintaining an accurate, secure, and searchable digital contract repository
  • Supporting strategic sourcing and RFP/RFQ processes
  • Monitoring supplier compliance, performance metrics, and cost savings

About You

You're commercially astute, detail-focused, and confident in building stakeholder consensus. You have a knack for turning contract terms into real-world supply chain results.

We're Looking For
  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Law, or related field
  • 5+ years in contract management, procurement, or strategic sourcing (manufacturing experience highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations and cost reduction
  • Strong understanding of legal frameworks, compliance, and risk management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
