**Your Opportunity**
We are looking for a hands-on, energetic and reliable full time permanent Production Assistant, to help with Campos’ daily production operations in our Banksmeadow site in Sydney. You would be responsible for blending and bagging our variety of coffee beans with precision, so our customers can enjoy their high quality coffees from the various coffee blends we have on offer. You enjoy working autonomously and feel responsible for your role in our warehouse. You will work full time in our afternoon shift, from 2PM to 10PM from Monday to Friday.

As a Production Assistant your duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Blending and bagging our coffee beans with the help of three types of machinery (blending and bagging machines)
- Ensure our machinery runs nonstop without errors and our daily targets are met
- Regular lifting of boxes, bags, and buckets with beans of up to 25kg
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace

**Qualifications**
- You ideally have machine operating experience
- You have excellent attention to detail and dedication to deliver the highest quality
- You’re quick at solving problems and errors when they arise
- You’re physically fit and able to lift 25kg regularly
- You’re reliable, hardworking, and able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment
- You have basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and the ability to complete paperwork
- You’re available full time, from 2PM - 10PM on weekdays
