**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and execute the eCommerce accounts in your remit including designing the eJBP in partnership with the customer as well as forecasting and reporting.
- Business development - select new customers and range reviews/expansions and new brands into existing customers.
- Assess, identify and plan what is required in each customer’s eCommerce space to drive gross sales and profitability.
- Lead the eCommerce onsite management & execution with the customer to create the “perfect” store online. This includes but is not limited to, ecommerce site content, Visual Merchandising on site, assortment/ranging, ratings & reviews.
- Own the translation of national brand plans into eCommerce tailored calendars and concepts working closely with Brand Managers, Account Managers, Agencies and directly with our Pure Play customers.
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting as required.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:

- 5+ years in eCommerce/Digital
- Experience in FMCG/Fashion/Beauty & Wellness/ eCommerce sites or affiliates highly regarded.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the eCommerce landscape with experience in eCommerce project management.
- Experience at a global company highly regarded.
- Strong commercial acumen to continue to develop our ecommerce bottom line.
- Strong analytical skills and data driven to draw insights and guide decision making.
- Advanced excel skills and confident in forecasting, reporting and budget tracking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, understand, and translate the company/brand strategy to e-retailers.
