As the National Account Manager you will work from our clients head office location in Kingsgrove, Sydney and you will report to the National Sales Director.
The purpose of this role is to manage all sales-related aspects of the clients eCommerce retail partners including pure play, marketplaces and bricks and mortar online retailers, responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Development and implementation of the retail eCommerce strategy, driving retailer online trade.
- Measure and manage customer profitability, effectively building plans for an integrated customer partnership and ensuring profitable sales growth.
- Manage one direct report.
- Work closely with the Head of Digital to align to the clients Digital Strategy, planning and executing the digital roadmap, and project managing many exciting and dynamic initiatives.
- Growing and developing existing clients, while generating new business.
- Effectively liaising with key stakeholders; internal, external, cross-functional teams, and senior management.
- Managing customer relationships, including goals, business plans and customer portals, while regularly reviewing performance and promotional strategies.
- 5+ years’ experience managing online health and beauty retailers accounts, experience managing online marketplaces
- 2+ years’ experience in people management
- Proven experience in eCommerce; including strategy
