This role will start on the **20 January 2025.**

**Your New Role**

As a **Quick Resolution Claims Support Officer**, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and assisting customers that have been injured in a motor vehicle accident. You will offer first call resolutions to our customers and service providers, and filter calls to Claims Advisors.

Your duties will include:

- Answering inbound phone calls and providing excellent customer service
- Assist customers and service providers with clear and concise information
- Case noting phone calls and leave follow up information for Claims Advisors
- Liaise with other team members to ensure complex queries are set for follow up
- Understanding the general overview of claims management, timeframes and legislation
- Maintaining strong compliance requirements for both internal and external audits
