**ABOUT THE COMPANY**:
Our client are one of Australia’s largest and most established home builders. They are multifacited with various divisions including, Volume, Medium density and Building services.

This is an opportunity for an established Team leader or an experienced Estimator looking at taking the next step.

**THE ROLE**:

- Manage the workflow of a team of 4 BOQ Estimators
- Responsible for BOQ's & Maintaining the Estimating database
- Attend workflow meetings
- Implementing processes to streamline the Estimating process
- Maintain and improve recipes & formulas on Databuild

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Will look at experienced estimators with strong production knowledge and leadership qualities.
- 4-5 years in a Sales and/or Production Estimating role for a homebuilder;
- Management experience preferre
- Strong knowledge of BOQ's
- Understanding of construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritise, plan and achieve project objectives across multiple concurrent projects.
- DataBuild experience (essential)
