**The Opportunity**

Our client is a real estate agency with big brand presence across the inner east and north eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This office is located in the inner north and has grown to become one of the largest offices in the network with an outstanding record for selling quality residential property in Brunswick and surrounding suburbs including; Brunswick West, Brunswick East, Coburg, Pascoe Vale South and Preston.

They are leading the local market and are experts in developing innovative marketing campaigns that deliver exceptional results for their clients.

**The Role**

The Team Leaders in this large company do not manage portfolios but are focused on supporting the team. The business is set for continued growth under the guidance of a proactive Senior Manager with initiative and a desire to build an enviable business.

Ultimately you will take control of the department to select, train and retain a growing team of consummate professionals. You will enjoy the vibrant nature of the team and the support you will receive from the Senior Manager in managing a team of Property Managers and Virtual Assistants within the property management department in their Brunswick office.

**About You**
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Residential property management with a focus on team management
- Experience with leading and mentoring staff
- Current Driver’s License with a well maintained vehicle
- Clarify goals and tasks, and gather ideas for improvement
- Appraise performance and counsel team members
- Well-presented and well spoken
- Excellent analytical, organizational and task management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an appetite for technology
