**ICT Technical Officer**

Are you a problem solver with strong self-management skills and a thorough knowledge of hardware and software and network operations. We are looking for a driven and passionate ICT Technical Officer to join a leading NSW Government Executive Agency. You will be part of a diverse, professional and dynamic team that supports MHNSW to achieve its goals.

**What the opportunity is**:

- Employment with Museums of History NSW, NSW Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade.
- Clerk Grade 5/6 - $110,711. Package includes salary ($89,707 - $98,982), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- Ongoing full-time employment
- The role will work across the Sydney area.

**What we do**
MHNSW brings together the museums, historic houses and associated collections previously in the care of Sydney Living Museums with the vast collection of more than 13 million items held by the former NSW State Archives. This includes one of the world’s most complete and important collections documenting colonisation.

**What the essential requirements of the role are**
- Proactive and positive attitude, willing to go above and beyond for customer service.
- Relevant certificate or post-certificate qualified or a minimum 5 years appropriate industry experience.
- Ability to work within a team and strive for continual improvement.
- Ability to prioritise tickets based on mission critical business requirements and follow up.
- A current NSW driver’s licence.
