We're looking for a Creative Operations Manager for APAC to join our award-winning Brand Partnership Studio.
Blending traffic management with creative operations, this role will contribute significantly to all aspects of creative workflows for Twitch’s internal creative studio to drive Twitch’s sales goals.
You will be the pivotal point between our Creative Strategy, Program Management, Creative Production, Client Services and Sales teams to support the implementation, management and compliance of our software and systems, including defining and optimizing workflows, processes and measurement.
A natural and detail-oriented project manager, you will manage our sales pipeline for incoming creative activations and work with the regional head of the Brand Partnership Studio to optimise existing resources and plan for future growth.
You will live and breathe Salesforce, Asana and Excel and develop reporting mechanisms that monitor the utilization, capacity, volume and velocity of the team.
You will have a creative background and you’ll know how content comes to life - whether that experience comes from digital, video, audio or social. You’ll proactively spot opportunities to simplify and optimise our workflows, enabling us to produce our award-winning creative work more efficiently and achieve Twitch’s sales goals.
Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure clear pipeline forecasting, transparent prioritization methods and delivery at scale.
- Review incoming new project exception requests and independently scope project milestones, workload and overall effort through collaboration with PYM
- Ensure efficient workflows and handoffs between cross-functional team members
- Help maintain processes and proactively look for opportunities to improve day-to-day and long-term planning and workflows.
- Scope out potential third party software to improve efficiencies of existing processes
- Analyse commercial data, such as sales results and budgets, and build effective accessible self-service dashboards to visualize data
- Be the initial point of contact to troubleshoot issues around campaign creation.
- Support the Head of Global Operations to ensure consistency across global markets
- Be a representative and point of contact for the Creative team by evangelizing our mission and explaining processes and ways of working to cross functional partners

The Twitch Brand Partnership Studio empowers brands to create on Twitch.
We do this through a variety of capabilities including but not limited to creative strategy, program management, production, interactive tech, and talent relations, delivering custom programming, formats, sponsorship integrations, influencer strategies, and live interactive experiences.

- High proficiency and experience implementing creative project management software and tools.
