No previous lighting experience is required. A passion for design, customer service and can-do attitude is essential for this unique part time showroom position. We welcome someone from high end building products, furniture, tiles, interior OR exterior finishes, têxtiles, lighting and/or high-end soft furnishings.

**Company**
Our client is an Australian owned private business that has been supplying luxury architectural lighting solutions for decades across both Sydney & Melbourne. They are recognised for their bespoke lighting products from Europe and are seeking a proven & well-versed sales professional to join their retail showroom team.

Their brand is also well known internationally for their quality, and they are now looking to establish themselves even further Australia. Staff retention rates here are fantastic and they are known for being one of the best and go to places for luxury lighting by Melbourne's design industry. They also supply to several leading lighting companies within the industry

**Role**
The position is a goodie It's a unique part time position, working with their trade and retails customers. Join a close nit team, work in a beautiful showroom and creative environment.

Your primary responsibility is to drive sales in the showroom with interior designers, architects, developers, specifiers, and retail customers. You should be presentable, design orientated and creative.

This role comes with extensive training and induction to ensure that you hit the ground running and succeed.

**Skills & Experience - **_Lighting experience not required, must have high-end building products sales experience_

To be considered for this role you must have:

- Strong experience providing high-end building product solutions.
- A design qualification will be highly regarded.
- Proven track record in sales & understanding of management tools/reporting.
- High degree of self-motivation and desire to be rewarded with your efforts.
- Stable track record of employment and desire to move into a long-term career role.
- Happy to work Saturdays.

The salary package is negotiable based on experience plus a bonus structure. This role is available immediately for the right calibre of professional.
