This role is a Hybrid work arrangement working from home and in the office (Baulkham Hills) each week. This role is responsible for the process and management of Service and Warranty claim requests from our customers who have recently settled into their new Metricon home.

Reporting to the Service and Warranty Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Processing and organising service requests and warranty claims
- Providing administrative support to the Service and Warranty Inspectors
- Receiving inbound calls regarding service requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Reviewing and approving supplier/trade invoices in a timely manner for payment; and
- Demonstrate empathy, problem solving skills and excellent communication.

- Experience and passion for customer service is essential
- Experience in a similar role or in the building industry is ideal
- Building knowledge would be an advantage either in the industry currently, built before or know how to read plans / contracts
- Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a customer focused, time critical working environment
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and a fast learner
- A positive attitude and team player; and
- Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.

**This role requires a national police check to be undertaken on the successful applicant.
