Medical Receptionist

The Wellington Clinic is looking for a Medical Receptionist with Personal Assistant duties to join our team in Upper Coomera. This is a part-time and flexible position designed to support our patients while assisting our practice management team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations: greet patients, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and update our database.
- Assist the practice manager with personal assistant tasks including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with medical staff and external contacts to streamline administrative processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both patients and staff.
**What You Bring**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive, adaptable, and friendly approach to work.
- Knowledge of healthcare practices is preferred but not required.
