**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy **Social Media Manager** to manage content creation and scheduling for two Instagram accounts — _Nonie’s Floristry (NF)_ and _The Floral Post (TFP)_. You'll be responsible for planning, editing, and publishing content that aligns with each brand's tone and aesthetic. This role is ideal for someone who’s efficient, organised, and confident managing social media with mínimal supervision.

**Time Commitment**:
This role is a contractor position and should only take **a few hours per week**. Content for both accounts must be prepared and delivered **one week in advance** for review and approval before publishing.

**Responsibilities**:
**Nonie’s Floristry (NF)**:

- Edit **provided**photos and video content into engaging posts and reels
- Write on-brand, trend-driven captions
- Select relevant trending sounds for Reels
- Plan and schedule 1 month of content. This will be broken down into weekly content ready for review/approval.

**The Floral Post (TFP)**:

- Develop fresh content ideas and **create**original Reels/photos
- Write creative, relatable captions
- Stay up to date with Instagram trends and popular sounds
- Create and manage a simple monthly content calendar

**You’re a great fit if you**:

- Have experience growing and managing Instagram accounts
- Know how to spot and use trending content formats and sounds
- Can write short, engaging captions that feel fun and on-brand
- Are proactive, organised, and can meet deadlines
- Work well independently and value open communication

**Bonus Points if You**:

- Use tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot etc
- Have experience with Instagram, Tik Tok or social media in general
- Have a background in marketing, sales, content creation, floristry, home decor, weddings, or lifestyle content
- Can share a portfolio or Instagram accounts you’ve worked on
