**Social Media Manager (Part-Time) - Mosmann Australia**:

- 10-15 hours per week | Remote/Flexible | Creative Lifestyle Brand_

Mosmann Australia is a premium lifestyle brand specialising in men’s and boys’ swimwear, underwear, and beach-inspired apparel. We’re looking for a talented and creative **Social Media Manager** to help us elevate our online presence, connect with our audience, and showcase our brand story.

**About the Role**:
This is a hands-on role for a social media all-rounder who is as comfortable behind the camera as they are behind the screen. You will work closely with content creators, manage user-generated content (UGC), and be responsible for scheduling and optimising posts across all social channels.

In this role, you will also:

- Collaborate with our **Belle & Bloom** social team
- Work alongside our in-house **graphic designers**:

- Report directly to and work closely with the **Founder of Mosmann Australia**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, curate, and manage UGC content
- Liaise with creators to brief, review, and approve content
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Track and report on content performance, making recommendations for improvement
- Capture original brand content (photography and short-form video) when needed
- Maintain brand tone, aesthetic, and engagement standards across all channels

**About You**:

- Experienced in social media content creation and management
- Skilled in photography and video production (including shooting and basic editing)
- Ideally an active creator yourself, with a strong personal understanding of content trends
- Confident in scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Planoly, or similar)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
- Able to work independently and commit to 8-10 hours per week
