**The Opportunity**:
Working as part of the Rental Fleet division in Sherwood, you will join a team of highly esteemed Diesel Fitters who focus on safety, quality and building a work culture they are proud of. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work as part of the workshop team where you will coordinate, lead and motivate the team of Field Service & Workshop Technicians. We are ideally seeking someone with extensive industry experience who is self-sufficient, motivated, highly organised and brings a safety-conscious “get things done” approach through the day to day.

**Roster**:Monday - Friday

**Role Located**:Sherwood, QLD

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- High level technical experience completing diagnostics and repairs across a fleet of plant machinery
- Australian recognised and relevant trade certificate
- Hold extensive prior experience across the Komatsu fleet of machinery
- Ability to support the preventative maintenance program
- Work in collaboration with the leadership & administration team to reach goals
- Capable and competent in leading, supervising & mentoring a team
- Current unrestricted QLD Drivers Licence
