We're expanding our crew of passionate, professional wait staff to help deliver unforgettable weddings, private dinners, and corporate events across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

At Sorella & Co., our events are built on outstanding service, warm hospitality, and flawless attention to detail. We're looking for wait staff who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working with people, and take pride in being part of something special.

You'll work on a casual basis at a variety of beautiful venues and private properties, supporting everything from luxury cocktail parties to large-scale weddings. No two shifts are ever the same.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous hospitality or event wait staff experience
• A genuine love for food, people, and exceptional service
• Confidence with canapés and plated service
• Reliability, presentation, and a proactive attitude
• Own transport preferred due to varied locations
