We are seeking a dynamic, tech savvy, responsible and organised person to work at reception for our clinic in Roselands Shopping Centre.

An experienced Practice Manager and preferably staff that have used D4W.

We have refurbished and expanded our clinic and require a staff that can commit to 3-5 days a week.

Dental reception experience preferable.

Skills required:

- Well organised, reliable, well presented and have attention to detail
- Bubbly, confident, professional and possess a "can do" attitude
- Self-motivated team player, mature-minded
- Able to relate well to people of all ages
- Willing to learn and accountable
- Familiar with Excel and adhering to budgets

Your key responsibilities:

- Managing staff and roster.
- Greeting patients and providing the highest quality of patience care and customer service
- Manage recall systems
- Corresponding with dental laboratories, specialists and dentists and actioning appropriately, and correct allocation of lab and component costs
- Demonstrating the ability to carry out computer troubleshooting maintenance and solve simple problems associated with the practice computer systems
- Processing payments, health fund insurance payments (HICAPS), PRODA claims, green/yellow voucher submissions etc.
- Collating all monthly invoices
- Stock control and liaising with supply companies
- Assisting other team members
- General clinic management
- Marketing and e-newsletters

This position is ideal for someone that possesses outstanding customer service skills and communicates well verbally and written.
