**Your role**:
You will bring your enthusiasm and passion to this busy Assistant Store Manager located at **Coach Harbour Town Adelaide**. You will be responsible for working alongside our dynamic Store Manager to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base in a fast-paced DFO Outlet store at Homebush.

As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, you will be required to display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
Having at least a 2 years previous experience in supervising a team of at least 10-15, in a bustling retail or service environment, is preferred. You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
