Our DAISY SAYS Store in Rundle Street Adelaide is looking for a creative, inspiring, dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join the team

**What we're looking for**:
As the Assistant Store Manager of our Rundle Street, Adelaide store, you will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

To succeed in this role, you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable service experience for every Daisy Says customer.

The right person must have the ability to communicate strategically at all levels as well as train, coach and be able to both give and hear honest feedback.

**This is a Permanent part time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays. **_**Minimum of 30 hours per week offered.**_

**Duties**:

- Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store
- Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales
- Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
- Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- **A typical day**:_

As Assistant Store Manager, you will lead from the front, on the floor, not in an office. You will be visible on the floor working with your team to achieve successful results every day.

Your approach must be big picture while ensuring the daily deliverables are met. You will set the standard for excellence and be the "go-to" resource for any questions, (big and small) as well as feedback (both praise and supportive).

You'll work to help your team achieve targets, create a welcoming atmosphere, demonstrate efficiency, and ensure an outstanding looking store with happy team members and customers is a daily deliverable.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous Assistant Store Management experience in a high turnover store is preferable
- Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
- An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards
- A capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets
- The ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales within the store
- Necessary skills to balance customer care with administrative duties
- Desire to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team to reach their potential
