An exciting opportunity has emerged to join Adelaide’s Finest Supermarket as Assistant Store Manager at the Frewville Store.

**Role Overview**

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the total operations of their allocated departments including promotion of sales, achievement of sales budgets, profit margins, and labour goals. In conjunction with the HR manager, the Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for the management of employees by coordinating rosters, training and skill development, performance management, and recruitment.
