We're looking for a passionate, determined, ‘guest experience’ focused talent to join our **Chatswood Team** in the role of **Assistant Manager**. The purpose of this role is to lead, mentor and drive our teams to success.

What does the **Assistant Store Manager** DO?

- Motivating your team to inspire and empower our guests to live their best life everyday
- Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing the team to provide a world class guest experience and achieve set KPIs
- Create a positive and fun workplace for your team and embrace our Above and Beyond philosophy
- Execute visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sales opportunities are leveraged
- Ensure operational excellence is maintained in store, including stock management
- Uphold WHS standards - think safe, act safe, keep others safe
