We are seeking a high-performing and energetic Spare Parts Interpreter to join our parts team. The position requires someone who is self-motivated, passionate and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Remuneration & benefits offered will depend on experience and previous achievements.

Due to growth in our Parts Department, Brighton Jaguar Land Rover is searching for a talented and motivated individual to appoint as a Spare Parts Interpreter. Duties include a variety of roles, such as parts interpreting, parts delivery and store person duties.

This would suit a person looking to make a start in automotive parts or someone with some experience looking for a change. In house training and development will be offered on an ongoing basis.

**In this role you will**:

- Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts.
- Various responsibilities regarding warehouse and inventory management
- Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high-level standard of customer service
- Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and Accessories enquiries
- Dispatching of trade and internal deliveries, receiving & reconciling inbound goods and consignments

**To be considered for this role, you will have**:

- A basic understanding of a motor vehicle and an ability to learn basic technical concepts quickly
- Confident communication skills both over the phone, in person and in writing.
- High level of personal commitment and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with good numeracy skills
- Sound administrative, work-organization, and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic and an ability to work autonomously
- Customer focused attitude
- Current and valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Quick leaner and able to demonstrate initiative

**Preferred but not essential**
- Experience in a retail parts department with a general understanding of the wider automotive industry
- Experience working in the Motor Industry, Manufacturing or Service Sector in a similar role is preferred but not essential
