**About the Role**:
As a Project Administrator, you will be at the heart of this exciting project, ensuring seamless administration, documentation, and communication. You'll be responsible for:

- Ensuring compliance with client requirements and project specifications.
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation, coordinating approvals, and supporting project teams.
- Managing correspondence and communication between stakeholders.
- Tracking project progress, milestones, and expenditures to ensure we stay on schedule and within budget.
- Supporting procurement activities and contract compliance.
- Providing essential administrative support, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

**Commencement Date**: Immediately or by negotiation
**Contract Type**: Permanent Full Time

**About You**:

- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

**Highly Desirable**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
