Our client is a well-established and successful mid-tier law firm based in Melbourne’s CBD. They have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Legal Accounts Administrator / Accounts Clerk to join their accounts team.
**You may be responsible for**:
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Online banking transactions
- Manage corporate credit card transactions
- Monthly reporting and Monthly balancing of creditors
- Filing
- Maintenance of the expense management system
- Client invoicing
- Client liaison and assisting with other ad hoc duties
**About you**:
- Proven experience in a similar role (ideally within a law firm)
- Proficient I.T skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within definitive time frames
- Strong team player
