To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.** This role is a **parental leave cover of 13 months (21 July 2025-31 August 2026)**

Reporting to the Senior Manager FP&A ANZ, this role will coordinate and prepare financial forecasts and analysis for ANZ, generating accurate reports, highlighting performance issues, and providing insights to support strategic decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead FP&A Processes**:Oversee financial performance monitoring and reporting in ANZ, including AOP, monthly forecast and month end close.
- ** Collaborate with Teams**:Work closely with various finance and business teams on forecasting and planning.
- ** Ensure Accurate Reporting**:Maintain the accuracy and integrity of ANZ financial management reporting.
- ** Analyse and Manage Risks**:Conduct financial analyses and manage risk and opportunity tracking.
- ** Cash flow planning**:Manage the Operating Cashflow planning process for ANZ to drive accuracy, efficiency and delivery of plan.

Qualifications:

- **Qualifications and Experience**: Degree and CA/CPA qualified with FP&A/financial accounting experience.
- ** Communication and Relationship Building**: Strong communication skills to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- ** Analytical and Detail-Oriented**: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- ** Commercial Acumen and Curiosity**: Commercially savvy and curious.
- ** Organisational and Technical Skills**: Organized with effective time management skills and knowledge of systems like TM1, HFM, SAP, and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
