Yarra Falls is hiring full-time and part-time bar staff now.

Overview

Yarra Falls is a small team in a small venue, focused on a focused menu with a lens on local producers and native Australian flavours in tune with the traditional seasons of the eastern Kulin calendar. We are seeking experienced bar staff to deliver a premium guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Shaking up our world-famous cocktail (including our famous Long Island Iced Tea).
  • Promoting our loyalty program to our guests.
  • Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery.
  • Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume venue.
  • Creating a warm welcome for every guest that sets the tone for their experience.
  • Be a team player and ready to be on the floor at any time.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a premium setting.
  • Food and beverage knowledge and skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver a premium guest experience and a consistent sequence of service.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting cocktails and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Right attitude with an attention-to-detail ethic; everything else we can teach.
  • Experience as a mixologist or bartender in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay and Schedule
  • Pay from $33 - $37 per hour depending on experience; full-time and part-time roles available.
  • Flexible roster to accommodate shifts.
Location

Yarra Falls, Carlton area (venue details as listed in the job description).
