**About The Team**

Grocery and Retail is a startup within Uber, a team focussed on growth, but with the support and leverage of Uber’s large global ridesharing and delivery businesses. It is the delivery of everything that isn’t restaurant food - think groceries, essentials, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, beauty, and more... **About the Role**

We are looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our Independent Retail Account Management Team in Australia. As an Account Manager, you will work efficiently and effectively with our independent retail merchants to optimize store operations and strengthen our relationship with partners through excellent consultative recommendations for business growth and contribute to the journey of bringing quality grocery and alcohol selection to our customers in ANZ.

**Your Impact in Role**
- Manage a portfolio of independent retail partnerships in ANZ focussing on bringing quality grocery and alcohol selection to Uber Eats customers, retention and growing existing accounts
- Build strong relationships with merchant partners and their headquarters while executing the day to day business activities
- Acquire new business opportunities within the independent retail and SMB segment
- Support operational processes and their execution for your portfolio
- Focus on growing accounts by selling strategic Uber services and improving operational performance

**The Experience You’ll Bring**
- Account management experience including having worked in a client facing role and demonstrated commercial acumen
- Flexible and willing to roll up sleeves to work with individual stores
- Needs to have good communication and relationship building skills
- Someone who can deal with multiple workstreams simultaneously

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:
