**Your Opportunity**:
As the Administrative Officer (AAEP) you will contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager. You will work within existing guidelines to provide basic resolution of problems by reference to established procedure, consulting the Principal or Business Manager for matters that are more complex or non-routine.
As Administrative Officer (AAEP) your duties will include but not be limited to:

- You will also assist with general front office duties as required
- Relief staffing (Teaching & Non Teaching) - receiving notifications from absent staff, booking relief staff, maintaining relief staff folders, orientation for new relief staff
- Tracer bookings (if required)
- Leave recording
- Maintaining NCT records
- Fortnightly casual claim entries
- Teacher contracts
- Key register
- Bus quotes
- Transport returns
- Please note due to the HR duties responsibilities in the role you would need to be available for a 6.30am start

**About You**:

- Previous school HR experience (in particular relief staffing)
- Professional
- Organised
- Structured and accurate work practices
- Great communication skills
- Must be able to start at 6.30am.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
