**The opportunity**:
Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

- Assist in organising new student intakes and orientation. Process the intake and registration of HSP, Hospitality, Community Services and Bachelors.
- Take photos during orientation and prepare student ID cards
- Update attendance rolls for English courses. Prepare and issue certificates for English courses.
- Maintain and update the database timely.
- Report OH & S incidents and arrange first aid treatment when necessary.
- Actively participate in performance evaluations. These will take place informally on an on-going basis and formally annually and will be the responsibility of the CEO.
