They work with quality and high end 3PL warehousing and delivery methods for the medical field that is moving medicines, vaccines, clinical trials, pharmaceuticals and much more via road vans through couriers, and also through air freight for urgent goods going interstate or overseas. Some of their deliveries are temperature sensitive as well being that they are pharma.

**The position**

This is a supported role in the Sydney team which is in Fleet Control, Dispatch and Transport Bookings for the dispatching of goods to clients.

This role will see you working alongside the operations crew handling a variety of organisational tasks, your job is to ensure efficient, safe & smooth flow of dispatch coordination for freight moving out and in as well as booking drivers allocations for local courier movements.

Your main functions will be:

- Coordinating stock to be dispatched to clients
- Liaise with drivers and fleet for times and pick ups
- Receiving and maintaining inbound orders
- Liaising with clients and staff on deliveries and pick ups
- Cross checking all documents and notes
- Liaising with the dispatch team for route and journey
- Allocating jobs and bookings to the courier team
- Handling bookings for local courier, national & international
- General administration and computer system work updating records
- Central Sydney location near the Airport/Mascot area
- Supporting the operations team in general adhoc duties for logístical coordination
- **6:00am - 2:00pm work hours, Monday to Friday**

**The experience needed**

***
To be considered for this role you would ideally have come from a related background where you have been involved in transport, warehousing, dispatch, fleet control, bookings and organisational part of transport where things are leaving depot/warehouse or related setting.

You can come from any relatable industry if supporting transport and logistics in a similar role. Experience in pathology, medicine, allocating, booking couriers, or organising routing is advantageous.

Experience mentioned could also come from pathology related spaces where you are booking drivers and or specimen collections
