**Clinical Liaison Team Leader**
**$61.42 per hour**
**80 hours a fortnight with a monthly ADO**

**Up to $25,000 incentive payments may be available to support relocation**
(Be reimbursed for rent, childcare, school fees, relocation costs and more). The Victorian Government has allocated funds to support rural and regional Area Mental Health Services (AMHS) to provide incentives to attract workers to roles that are difficult to fill.
The new workforce relocation and incentive grants program is being administered by Rural Agency Workforce Victoria (RWAV).

**About the role**
- Lead the development of our Clinical Liaison team
- Work in partnership with Acute Services to ensure that people with complex needs in Acute Hospital beds receive the best possible care
- Be part of a progressive and innovative mental health and wellbeing service

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide operational and clinical leadership to a Clinical Liaison team
- Facilitate collaboration between Acute Health and MHWS to ensure people get the assessment and treatment they need for best outcomes
- Build the capacity of staff across sectors to respond to the needs of people with complex needs
- Promote service initiatives and improvements within Grampians Health and with relevant service sectors

**Skills and experience**
- Registered nurse with specialist mental health qualifications and/or experience
- Demonstrated ability to work with people with AOD Dual Diagnosis
- Experience in developing partnerships and working in partnership with other services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in leading other_s_

This position is paid in accordance with the Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement. The classification is Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 5 (NP51) which is $61.42 per hour
