**Automotive Service Advisor Location: Gosford, Central Coast**

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet guests visiting the service department.
- Manage and schedule guest appointments efficiently.
- Effectively communicate vehicle symptoms and recommended repairs to guests in a clear and understandable manner.
- Obtain accurate pricing for parts and labor required for guest vehicles.
- Keep guests informed about the progress of their vehicle's servicing.
- Handle any guest complaints promptly and ensure swift issue resolution.
- Prepare invoices and close repair orders in a timely manner.
- Provide guests with recommended maintenance schedules for future service requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is preferred.
- Exceptional guest service and presentation skills.
- Strong focus on process, quality, results, and achieving exceptional CSI scores.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- A valid driver's license, including experience with manual transmissions.
