**About the role**

We have an exciting full time, permanent opportunity for a creative and motivated individual with current industry knowledge and experience in Community Services to join our Central Coast team in the role of Education Support Officer (ESO).

Working within a team of Community Services professionals, the Education Support Officer is supervised by the Head Teacher. The role is responsible for a range of activities which support learners and enhances the student learning experience.

**_ Note_**_: This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment_.

**About You**

We are looking for motivated and engaged individuals who have the ability to meet the following Selection Criteria:

- Certificate IV in Community Services (minimum) or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in the Community Services Industry (two years +)
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining technical currency
- Ability to understand Community Services learning materials and assessment processes
- Commitment and ability to support and motivate students in an adult learning environment
- Skills in the use of relevant information and communication technologies
