**Quality Assurance & Delivery Manager**
- $140,000-$150,000 including Car Allowance + Super + Attractive Bonus
- Flexibility to work remotely.
- Permanent role

**The Role**:
Quality Assurance & Delivery Manager will be working on the Quality Assurance and Delivery of Solar and Battery installations and report directly to the COO.

This role will own the entire delivery process from when the customer has signed up for the post-installation inspection to the final energization and VPP commissioning. Success in this role will be measured on the customer feedback & the quality of the Solar Partner Retailers installations.

Quality Assurance
- Ensure the quality of the installation has met the standards to ensure the highest customer experience.
- Review and approve pre-installation checklists and proposed system designs submitted by the Solar Partner Retailers.
- Conduct training with the Solar Partner Retailers on the company standard of installation
- Attend all sites within the area to complete a post-installation QA check
- Post-installation inspection, activate and test the VPP, energize the system, and provide a health and safety check with the customer.

Delivery
- Ensure Solar Partner Retailers are fully equipped with the right tools and information to successfully install for company
- Monitor all pre-install and installation works by the Solar Partner Retailers to ensure jobs are progressed promptly and effectively.
- Track all in-progress jobs to identify delays, bottlenecks, or other blocks in project delivery.
- Ensure all steps are completed in the process and Solar Partner Retailers adhere to company requirements for job tracking, documentation, and project admin.
- Identify problems and take corrective action when Solar Partner Retailers fail to adhere to the process requirements, when job progress stalls, or if customers submit complaints.
- Ensure Solar Partner Retailers are paid according to schedules and agreements.

Requirement
- Experience with solar and battery installations is a must.
- Experience in auditing and QA inspection is preferred.
- Hold an active Qualified Electricians license.
- Well-versed in Australian Solar Standards and CEC Accreditation Guidelines
- CEC Accredited installer desirable
- Highly detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work with and manage multiple external stakeholders.
- Good customer relations and contractor management skill
- Ability to travel around Sydney and have own vehicle.
