**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a** Quality Assurance Manager** to be part of our North West Metropolitan Region**team. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the delivery of business compliance services and provides quality advice and support on audit and compliance functions, business planning and continuity, with a specific focus on strengthening quality performance.

The position coordinates and implements quality assurance programs and best practice, business plan development and continuity planning to improve performance and functions including operations, human resources and finance.

As report compilation, data analysis and briefings are a significant part of the role, proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) are essential.
