This opportunity will suit a current HR Officer or HR Advisor who would like to gain experience in a large, diverse, and multiple organisational structured company. The role will fit a driven HR professional who wants to further develop their skills in dealing with different level of stakeholders.
This is a full-time permanent role that offers hybrid work arrangement.
**What will you contribute?**
**Here's what you will be responsible for**:
- Providing guidance and advice to front line supervisors and managers on award interpretation and other Employee Relations issues.
- Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of staff’s salary package based on the award they are under.
- Assisting the Human Resources Manager in delivering a proactive HR Business Partnership and data-driven initiatives across the Commercial division of PFA.
- Supporting the delivery of training and development programs.
**What you need for this role**:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role; within a blue-collar environment or FMCG industry (preferred but not required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to use these skills to influence and lead on HR matters
- Well-developed time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to create reports and navigate through HRIS
- Computer literacy in MS Office especially in excel
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- A collaborative approach coupled with a focus on the delivery of outcomes
