CAE is the employer for you Come share your passion with us **Responsibilities** - Develop innovative talent attraction strategies to meet the organization’s current and future needs for IT and digital transformation roles. - Manage the full recruitment process, including needs analysis, advertising and promoting the position, pre-screening, interviews, selection and offer. - Discover new ways to transform recruitment practices. Maximize research skills and professional network to attract top talent. - Work closely with managers and HR business partners to increase efficiency. - Advise and influence managers throughout the recruitment process. - Promote a pro-active recruitment culture with managers and various partners. - Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning and in developing staffing solutions. - Promote our core values and promote our employer brand. - Contribute to the improvement of the talent-acquisition processes. - Manage or participate in various projects associated with talent acquisition, employer branding, resource development and related fields. - Develop and maintain a network within industry associations. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field **Requirements/Qualifications** - Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally digital talent and/or IT professionals. - Experience in a recruitment firm would be an asset. - International recruitment experience would be an asset. - Avid user of social media as a source of recruitment and positioning of the company’s branding. - Strong interpersonal skills supporting teamwork and collaboration. - Ability to guide and influence managers in the area of talent acquisition. - Fluent in English - Results-focused analysis and synthesis skills. - Diplomatic and politically astute. - Strong organizational skills, priority management, autonomy. - Familiar with skills-based interview techniques and very strong knowledge of innovative recruitment practices. - Drive for results and sense of urgency, with the ability to work under pressure while meeting high expectations. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite tools, LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment tools. **CAE offers** - Flexible schedules and ability to work remotely - An environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued - A collaborative workplace and positive work atmosphere - Training and professional development opportunities LI-RS2 **Position Type** Temporary (Fixed Term) CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
