As a District Manager at Levi Strauss & Co, reporting into the Retail Director (ANZ), you are responsible for the delivery of Commercial Direct to Consumer targets by providing leadership and support to enable a highly successful retail store operation within the New South Wales stores, including coaching and leadership development.

You will achieve and maintain high standards of presentation in representing the Levi’s® brand. Engage and deliver retail strategy and display active and constructive participation within the retail leadership group that is translated and executed across retail stores.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Occupational Health and Safety requirements
- Operations Brand and product awareness
- Marketing and merchandising Administrative tasks
- Collaborating with store managers in your District, Operations and Human Resources in the performance, management, recruitment and employee life cycle of the team. Whilst adhering to confidentiality
- Escalating incidents and concerns to Operations and Human Resources departments as required
- Ensure training and operational execution of stores in the District.
- Continually lead by example by inspiring innovative ways to provide outstanding customer service
- Active awareness of the retail operations sales and expense budgets and drive for results to ensure the achievement of sales across the stores in the District
- Collaborate with Store Managers to maximise rosters in line with historical data, forward forecasts and rostering / productivity tools to optimize sales in line with budget
- Manage payroll of District, review and adjust ensuring budgeted payroll, aligns to business requirements
