Recruitment Consultant - Government

This is a wonderful opportunity for a seasoned Recruitment professional to join our team of collaborative consultants and be involved in our expanding Government service offering. We are a long-established and respected agency, who have experienced significant growth in the Government space, and searching for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work alongside our Government Recruitment Manager. You will have the opportunity to learn or extend your existing knowledge within this exciting sector, while being supported by our group of diverse senior consultants, who truly value the effectiveness of teamwork

Our office is easily accessible in Norwest Business park and we also offer a work from home arrangement a few days per week.

The Role;
- Recruitment and selection of temporary and permanent staff for our Government sector clients
- Support the commercial recruitment team as and when required
- Potential to account manage key clients
- Contribute to the growth of the business by way of promoting the brand - this will come naturally as you will take pride in your work and the clients you work with
- 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment
- A background in recruitment, preferably agency would be highly regarded
- An appreciation for excellent customer service
- A willingness to work in a collaborative environment where the central aim is the success of the business as a whole
- Solid administration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
