**FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER OR EXPERIENCED DENTAL ASSISTANT**

We are ideally seeking a practice manager to join our team, but also open to an experienced dental assistant who would consider career progression in the future. We are a family-oriented, 2 treatment room general dental practice that deals with all aspects of general dentistry. The practice is modern and fully equipped with EXACT dental programming, rotary endo, digital x-rays, intra-oral scanners and cameras and implant dentistry. The practice is well-established and has catered to the needs of the local community for over 40 years.
The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:
- works well in both a team environment but also autonomously;
- understanding of dental procedures/protocols;
- basic bookkeeping and computer literate;
- basic HR knowledge;
- attention to detail; and
- an enthusiasm to manage a small team.
We can be flexible with the roster for the right applicant (and the work can either be completed full-time or part-time), and available for an immediate start if appropriate. We are ideally looking for applicants with dental experience, but will also consider health management experience for the PM role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 28-38 per week
Pay: $65,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
