**About the Role**:

- Capture a varied range of new arrivals products photography, including flat and on-mannequin photography for all Marais Group brands within the highest standard
- Produce high quality and consistent photos
- Ensure quality photo assets are delivered to meet the deadlines
- Name at capture and maintain digital asset files while accurately checking off daily shoot lists and uploading to correct channels on a daily basis. Attention to detail is critical in Marais file coding format
- Mark up images with clear and informative notes for retouch, and communicate with retouch suppliers to ensure delivery of the highest quality assets on time
- Responsible for care of all studio equipment, props and supplies. Help organise and reset studio as required
- Ownership of product photography process in partnership with warehouse team, marketing team and eCommerce team

**Key Requirements**:

- Flexibility with work hours/days
- High volume eCommerce product photography experience
- Luxury goods photography experience is advantageous
- Experience with reviewing product images from retouch suppliers
- Understanding of lighting and composition
- Excellent communication and an eye for detail
- Highly organised and able to work well autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and adaptable to change
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Capture 1, Lightroom advantageous
- Must have full work rights in Australia

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
