**Position**

This role is a pure **Key Account Management** position. You will take over a select portfolio of the major accounts in QLD and your task will be to effectively manage and nurture each relationship.

The position is focussed on retention, not acquisition, meaning that the main KPI in the position is centred on client retention. This portfolio of clients are the largest and most valuable customers and therefore the daily operational management and face to face contact is imperative in order to maintain a healthy relationship.

The client base is solely interstate transporters with the typical profile being general road palletised freight requirements moving high volumes of goods from state to state.

On offer is a generous salary + car allowance + uncapped commissions that will see you earning over $150k just through retaining your portfolio of accounts.

You could have experience working for a local, domestic, or international carrier, however advanced knowledge of the domestic freight industry is required.

This role could be a perfect step for a current BDM looking to move into key account management role, or an existing KAM looking to move into a new role with a rapidly growing business with no cap on earnings or career scope.
