**What your day will look like**:

- Manage a portfolio of claims from lodgement to resolution
- Assess claims for reasonable and appropriate treatment and rehabilitation needs
- Investigate claims and interpret medical documents with a focus on proactive claims management
- Ensure legislative compliance timeframes are met in conjunction with following all internal policies and procedures
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Calculate settlement offers, negotiate settlements and attend settlement conferences with lawyers and Counsel
- Display behaviours that contribute and drive a positive culture

**What we're looking for**:

- **Experience that Counts** in CTP claims, allied health professions and lawyers.
- **Empathy and Compassion** for our customers, understanding their unique situations.
- **Communication Prowess** enabling you to build rapport, convey complex information, and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders, including claimants, third-party providers, external bodies, and internal teams.
- **Administrative Skills**leveraging Suncorp’s technology systems and platforms to effectively manage all aspects of each claim within the framework of State legislation
