You will be provided with only the best training and be mentored by a seasoned industry veteran with over 30 years’ experience and knowledge in this space.

From pipe bending and rolling to custom metal fabrication, they have a proven track record in manufacturing custom-made single items and large-scale production runs.

Their friendly and professional staff will assist you through the full manufacturing process and will provide support in product design, material and finished selections as well as prototype manufacture.

**Important to Your Success**:
- A minimum of 2+ year’s sales experience essential.- Require a general knowledge on metal fabrication.- Intelligent, authentic, ethical, and articulate with the ability to deliver a solution-based sales approach.- High calibre sales: strong ability to pitch products, objection handling & closing skills.- Tenacity, Hunger, Confidence, and Energy.- Excellent time management and organisational skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Desire to learn more about the Metal Fabrication Industry- Common sense with a desire to accelerate your sales career and step into a Sales Management Role.- Understanding of current market challenges and how to leverage with prospects.- Want to be part of a dynamic team, working closely to group and personal KPIs.- Ability to overcome objections and think on your feet.- Skill to build relationships and manage accounts.- Desire to be trained in world class sales and process skills.- Attention to detail and high-level responsiveness.- Ability to connect new business opportunities to clients based on trends in customer spend, budget, market, and business drivers.
- University degree. (Preferred/not essential)
