Sydney, Australia Metal Master Fabrication Full time

1. Oversee daily production operations within the steel fabrication & Alum fabrication ensuring output meets both quality and delivery requirements.

2. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and throughput.

3. Work with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality execution.

4. Ensure all projects are executed on time, within scope, and in compliance with client requirements.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues, delays, or risks in coordination with site managers.

6. Ensure that all relevant departments are aligned on operational goals and timelines, facilitating smooth communication and workflow between teams.

7. Monitor expenditures related to factory operations, site erection, and logistics to ensure cost-effective. project delivery.

8. Lead regular client meetings and site visits to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns. Drive client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, timely solutions, ensuring effective issue resolution and long-term relationship building.

9. Track revenue streams and expenses to ensure accurate financial reporting.

10. Following up the payments/invoices being sent to clients well in time and follow up the same

11. Preparing and submitting weekly reports to the Higher management for review and update

12. Tracking activities against the detailed project plans via site visits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering
- Relevant certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management (PMP)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management within the steel with a strong focus on steel production, erection, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of steel production processes, including fabrication, welding, and installation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and other operations management tools.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
