My client is a brand and design agency that partners with clients from small to enterprise level, bringing their brands to life across anything from campaign work to CX and employer branding. With offices in Melbourne, Sydney and NZ, they are an agile team of customer centric design professionals that understand there is more to brand than just the spots and dots of seasonal campaigns (however also important).

**About The Role**:
The role sits within the Strategy team and focuses on human-centred design, brand strategy, insights, service and experience design. It’s a mid - senior level role, reporting to the Director, Experience Design. Some key aspects of the role follow:

- Support the Director in planning, managing and execution of the design research stages of a project.
- Undertaking primary quantitative and ethnographic research both in the field or online - as part of a team and solo.
- Running the discovery parts of the process, running workshops, interviews and investigations.
- Work with cross functional, multidisciplinary teams both internally and clientside, building meaningful relationships with stakeholders as you go.
- Analyse, make research findings relevent and impactful for design though a variety of formats. (tell an engaging story with data).
- Work with the director to ideate and describe new services and experiences.

**About You**:

- Posses a background or experience in Service and User Experience Design within a brand consultancy, managment consultancy, research or design consultancy.
- A deep understanding of the service and user experience design process.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of qualitative research methodologies, such as: conducting one-on-one interviews and ethnographic-style fieldwork, moderating group conversations, running live prototyping sessions, conducting co-design workshops, and engaging users remotely.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
