This client is a professional services firm that helps clients transform their own services and processes by understanding them, connecting them to the customer experience, and identifying opportunities for simplification and improvement.
In short, they design services by connecting customers, processes and technology.
Come on board as a lead consultant and be responsible for leading and delivering client engagements. You’ll get to use your refined communication and process mapping skills to identify areas of complexity and provide solutions to simplify and improve current processes that in turn deliver amazing customer experiences.
- You’ll be looking for waste and inefficiencies in that process and then mapping a new process.
- You’d be able to undertake a benefits analysis, you’d be able to describe any changes required to the organisation design that this change may require.
- You’d be able to plan any training that the new look organisation may need to implement in order for that change to be successful.
- On top of this, you’d be able to identify any policy changes that may be required.
And ultimately, you’d be leading the delivery of this entire piece of work.
**Job Description**:
Your deep understanding of lean, process improvement, and service design will allow you to provide top class solutions to a variety of industries and problems.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Lead projects and teams in your areas of expertise.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to define methodologies, timelines, and budgets.
- Coach team members to upskill in different areas.
- Build and improve client and professional relationships.
- Lead business development meetings and prepare proposals.
- Provide governance and risk management oversight.
- Facilitate discussions for collaboration and decision-making.
- Utilize Three6 methodologies to lead teams and clients.
- Produce original work that combines experience, theory, and methodologies.
- Innovate to improve our work and collaboration within the team.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and mentorship.
- Contribute to an environment that embodies the key values of excellence, challenge, happiness, nurture, and authenticity.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong understanding of lean, process improvement, and service design. Formal study and/or qualifications would be a bonus.
- Ridiculously well organised, probably from a Project Management background. (You wouldn't say no to Gant Chart wallpaper given half the chance).
- Consultative in nature & driven by your innate curiosity to understand problems. (You’re probably one of those kids who asked “Why?” 73 times when told no by your mum).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (Not quite grammar Police but maybe a word Sherrif?).
- Adaptable, self-driven and able to work equally well solo and as part of a team (You value time with clients and team members as much as you do deep working time alone)
- Ability to lead projects and teams in your key areas of expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to build and improve relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to create a culture of learning and mentorship
